This devoted single mother recently regained full custody of her 15-year-old daughter after the child’s father fell into substance abuse, bringing a wave of emotional and logistical challenges into their lives. She also discovered her daughter has a learning disability and has worked tirelessly to support her through the transition while managing the impact of a recent family loss. Alongside this, she continues raising her 10-year-old twins, who have been part of her journey through shelter life and into more stable housing.

She remains committed to providing for her children, showing up for work every day and maintaining her rent payments even when money and energy are stretched thin. Though exhaustion is constant, she does not give up. Her strength, consistency, and love for her children are deeply evident
